RAM: Voters Divided on Future of Marijuana Sales

A statewide poll conducted for the Retailers Association of Massachusetts (RAM) found that voters are closely divided on the future of recreational marijuana sales.


When asked whether Massachusetts should repeal laws allowing the retail sale of recreational marijuana while continuing to permit possession of up to one ounce without penalties, 48% said they would vote "No" (supporting repeal), 41% said they would vote "Yes," and 11% were undecided.
